Ask about issues like security and access to your unit. For instance, it is important to know how people are allowed on the facility grounds and if there are methods to monitor their activities. Also, you should find out if you will be required to have the manager present when you want to get into your storage unit. This type of facility is called a “lock down” storage facility and is popular in large urban areas to prevent fraudulent access to storage units.
