Your owner's manual should tell you exactly what steps you will need to complete, and the items that you will need to purchase in order to ensure that your vehicle is protected and ready to go the next time you wish to embark on any getaway.

It is no doubt that when you purchased this vacation vehicle, you were well aware of the investment at the time. Now it is time to do whatever it takes to protect that investment. Different companies offer different options. You can get short-term storage or you can choose to place your RV in storage for up to 10 months in many places.
You also need to make sure that you can access your RV at any point in time. There are places out there that can be very reasonable cost wise, however, when it comes time to actually get your RV out of storage you may have a problem. Some facilities allow you to sign a contract stating that your RV will remain in their facility under their care for the entire land of the contract or lease. This is going to leave you without access at all and many people are finding that this is not what they wish to do. When you are finally able to take that next trip you will need to make sure that the RV is in good running order when you pick it up from the storage rental facility. The experts suggest a full maintenance checkup as soon as you drive it off of the lot.
